SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.
You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.
This is open source and the entire database is public.

I found an unexpected bug when creating a segment: the video I was watching had just been released as a "Premier", so the timeline of the video lengthens as the video is played. If you try to create a segment before the Premier is finished, the time on the segment will be wrong. The preview looks correct, but the submitted segment is not the same as the preview. If this happens, the only way to delete the segment is to select the segment you made from the SponsorBlock area by clicking the "Open SponsorBlock Popup" and click the 'thumbs down' icon.

Works perfectly, can block all you could ever want
This is a great extension and everybody should have. It will save you so much time by skipping those boring YouTube sponsor segments, interaction reminders and press the bell icon bs.

Amazing, saved me over 11 hours so far, and feels like an extension of an adblocker. However, recently I have noticed sometimes upon first loading a video the extension does not load segments but this is always solvable by reloading (This has been on Opera GX).
Отличное расширение. Узнал о нём из настроек YouTube Vanced для Android. Просто в какой-то момент задумался "а могу ли я точно так же пропускать бессмысленные для меня сегменты видеоролика на ПК, как это сейчас работает на моём телефоне". Загуглил и вуаааля! Теперь это расширение вошло в тройку избранных для Chrome. Также рекомендую расширения Ublock Origin (блокирует всю рекламу на сайтах, в том числе и на YouTube) и Return YouTube Dislike (возвращает дизлайки на видео в YouTube).
this extension has many features and works perfectly! i love that u can customize time for the skip notice, etc.
