SponsorBlock lets you skip over sponsors, intros, outros, subscription reminders, and other annoying parts of YouTube videos. SponsorBlock is a crowdsourced browser extension that lets anyone submit the start and end times of sponsored segments and other segments of YouTube videos. Once one person submits this information, everyone else with this extension will skip right over the sponsored segment.

You can also skip over non music sections of music videos.

This is open source and the entire database is public.

if you dont understand what this is and installed it thinking it was a ad blocker like me well your in luck this is like a ad blocker but for the sponsorship segments in videos for :ie AG1 factor and fum to name a few works well only time it dosent work is when the video is uploaded 2 mins ago but even then it works most of the time

when you watch at a faster speed like 1.8x 2x 3x ect basically anything very fast, it wont skip and you have to rewind once before it starts skipping. other than that its perfect

Users can optionally submit new segments by marking start/end times, and vote on existing segments.

Source JS files are minified/bundled, making exact line-by-line analysis harder, but key functions (generateUserID, onInstall handler) are clearly identifiable.
