Auto Refresh is a browser extension that automatically refreshes and reloads any page or tab after a specified number of seconds. Just enter the number of seconds between page refreshes and click the "Start" button.

I've been using Auto Refresh programs since the beginning of Google Chrome. This is by far my favorite. I recommended it to all my family, friends and coworkers. Its flexible, reliable and although Google may have lost their focus. The Developers of Auto Refresh Plus, have not lost focus.
Incredibly useful for monitoring web pages for specific text.
Just amazing, used it on multiple tabs works perfectly fine. it definitely reduced my mouse clicking a lot and made my life way easier. Easy to use, no ads and diff time periods are few of the pros.
It makes monitoring our support queue so much more efficient in not having to manually refresh the pages
