Great extension, can really help with performance of YT streams!
Drops CPU usage definetly. Customisation is also available for avatar picture showing, timestamps etc. if you like to still see those in chat. Very good.
Works as intended
Very nice extension. The latest update (at the time of writing this) of adding the settings was very nice. Hopefully there will be an option to display the superchat/membership bar and font customization (because live chat font is very small imo) in the future. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Amazing -- clearly the reviews show that people don't know where to find the extension settings, since most of the things people complain about can be customized in settings. My only issue is the ~2 second delay in sending messages, but it's still worth it to be able to watch streams without stuttering thanks to CPU overflow. I understand that it's probably an API limitation, but I would love to see less message-sending delay, and the ability to superchat etc. from the Hyperchat box. Great extension overall; keep up the good work!
Better than other extensions and script on tampermonkey No more lagged when watching streaming now Even when opening dozens more of streaming tabs at the same time The Only lose was the speed at which chat room messages are displayed , but not really serious
It did indeed heavily reduce CPU usage of the chat like it said, at the cost of making everything else about it considerably worse, with at the time I downloaded it, no way I could find to change any options anywhere. It definitely has potential if I could actually customize anything about it, but with a simple TamperMonkey script to hide the SC bar you basically get the same amount of CPU reduction with no loss in features compared to this extension that removes all function for only form.
