产品看起来不错，但是现在的最大的问题是会给广告也加上字幕，然后后续正式的视频有时候就没有字幕了。请快点解决这个，很影响使用。 这导致有些视频能正常看到字幕，有些就不行了

有时会把广告的内容都生成字幕。但总的来说，已经很不错了。另外，请加入重新转录字幕的功能，有的视频转录的不理想，却不能再试一次

年会员付款后根本没法用，免费额度用完一直提醒升级为plus版本，点击到主网站已经是年会员了。那些说的功能根本就没有，发邮箱也不回，退钱也找不到出口，维权都没地方，被骗了啊。 后续:根据开发者建议，各个平台退出后，重新登陆后账号权限获得了，评分改为五星好评。建议优化一下登录问题
