This browser extension is designed to enhance your browsing experience by removing AI-generated overviews from Google search results. Recognizing that not all users appreciate the AI-powered summaries and insights which can clutter search results, this extension offers a clean, streamlined interface that focuses solely on traditional results, allowing you to easily turn off AI Overviews.

If I do not want my first search result to be AI, I should be able to turn it off. Simple as that. It's disappointing that Google refuses offer this simple feature themselves, but this extension works exactly as promised with no fuss.
Thank god for this, Google's AI stuff can go in the garbage where it belongs, along with all the other AI trash. But yeah, it does exactly what it says on the tin. And that I am thankful for.
AI is an important tool that helps and will help many industries in the future; this is an important fact. However, a more important fact is that people have a right to opt out of experimental features. Forcing a feature on your userbase with no option to opt out is highly unethical and a great way to run an "experiment" which only provides useless results! This extension works like a charm, exactly as advertised, and gives us the ability to opt out of unhelpful and sometimes dangerous search results. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, developer(s)!
I'm in the first minute of using it and already super happy. I refuse to allow AI to be part of my searches. That's worse than "fake news" that people want to say is bad. AI isn't real anything. It needs to stop.
