To be honest I've already changed my default search to DuckDuckGo after this debacle but I'm installing and rating this extension highly as more of a protest vote than anything. Especially because they've become such AI Hypetrain True Believers that they opted me into an experiment (despite my explicit OPT OUT in Google Labs) that pollutes my search results with unverified garbage for fun and profit makes the "No ratings, 0 out of 5" they're displaying for this extension look extremely shady.
I'm so upset this is necessary. I don't care if AI is "the way of the future" or whatever according to tech bros, it's often inaccurate and I don't want to support it in any way. And even if it was always 100% perfect and accurate, there should still be a way to opt out! 10000/10 extension, but I just wish (usually wrong!) machine learning was not LITERALLY FORCED upon us.
Fantastic extension, works as advertised. My one complaint it the fact it needs to exist at all, why would Google make such an obstructive "feature" that blatantly spreads misinformation and then not even add an option in settings to remove it (unless you get Google Labs)! Thank you for doing Googles job for them, 10/10!
