Capitol One has saved me a lot of extra cash and it was easy as I use Chrome as a default browser on most of my devices. Simple and not too much effort on my part for savings. Thanks Capitol One!
I have had numerous purchases where Capital One refused to honor the cashback rate advertised. I have provided them with screenshot evidence showing that all terms and conditions of the offer were met and that the Capital One browser extension was active. They're happy to harvest your data... but will kick the can down the road, make excuses, and eventually deny legitimate cashback claims when it suits them.

Where is my $45?? I already had this extension added to my browser on my phone and was told I had $45 to redeem after a purchase I made. When I opened the email, it asked me to open the email from a computer (basically to scam me into also adding the extension to the browser of my laptop as well). I did that, and have not received the $45 that I was told I would be getting back from my purchase. Is this a scam or just extremely difficult to navigate?
