I love using my capital one shopping app!!!!! BUT I've had one purchase pending for 7 months (rules say traveling purchases have a 3 month wait period) and I cannot reach anyone to discuss it.
what bonus?
The BEST! USE IT! You will save, I do on most every purchase I make, the best part you recieve rewards, and you do NOTHING! But you have to use the app, nothing...zero! to lose! I love it over all the other "savings" apps.
I used to like capital one shopping. Recently they added a popup ad in the bottom right with offers. There is no way to disable it and having it pop up on most pages is very annoying. Also the x to close the popup window moves to the top of the screen when you try to click it so you have to hover over the popup in the bottom, move mouse up and click on every page. It is a terrible UI choice and a poor user experience.
This extension has saved me thousands of dollars. Discounts are usually pretty small but they add up!
Have used this extension for years. Finds a discount about 35% of the time. No issues with it working like other people mention, I use a newer macbook and the Chrome browser.
Enjoy being able to save any mount of money.
