It will help you optimize your video viewing by allowing you to make quick playback speed adjustments, as well as rewind the video to hear the last few second one more time. We don't read at a constant speed, and we talk much slower than we read - there is no reason why we have to listen at a constant speed and at a (very) slow rate.
Once the extension is installed simply navigate to any page that offers HTML5 video, and you'll see a speed indicator in top left corner of the video player. Hover over the indicator to reveal the controls to accelerate, slowdown, or rewind the video (10 seconds + lowers playback speed). Or, even better, use your keyboard:
- S - decrease playback speed.
- D - increase playback speed.
- R - reset playback speed.

Love it! Use it all the time. This is a must have.
This is amazing. I was so sick of having to deal wtih sites tha want to prevent fater video playing despite knowng some people talk super slow. This allows me to set it to the speed ideal for each situation regardless of site restrictions. Allows me to customize keybinds & try to prevent other sites from enfoprcing their keybinds. & I can change ithe increase/decrease options to make it modify speed by 50% each click. It did everything advertised & more (thus the perfect rating) Note: I use brave so if it has issues with newer chrome I would not be aware of it (brave has compatibility for older extensions chrome abandoned such as classic ublock origin).

致命的なバグ。 再生速度を変更した状態でキーボードの「→」キーを押すと再生速度が1.0に戻ってしまう。 ---------------------------- Critical bug. If you press the “→” key on the keyboard while the playback speed has been changed, the playback speed reverts to 1.0.
For the past month this extension has been causing problems on Youtube, Revolvdiv and other sites where you have speed controls. It needs to be updated or removed.

funciona bien ahora controlo el video , solo que el control de Pause mezcla sonidos de otros videos, raro..
