Tired of having to change the zoom on your Google Workspace Applications when they first load because the text is too small? Well, this should help.
This extension will allow you to set a "default zoom" for the following Google Workspace Applications:
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
Once you set your desired zoom level, the level of zoom will be changed whenever you load a Google Workspace Applications.

Oh, thank's God! I constantly had to set the zoom level to 200%, *every-single-time*! This should have been a standard G Suite setting…
Seamless, efficient, and effective! Suggestion to the developers if it hasn't been made already, an option to type in a custom zoom % or go by increments of 5%. Note, this suggestion leans on the selfish side as my favorite zoom level is 115%
Works like a champ. Quick script runs after Docs opens to set the magnificaiton. Looks a bit quirky and it should be something Google adds as a config setting. Maybe they will in the future. For now, it's this extension. Thanks so much! We'll send a small thanks.
Works great! Thank you so much for building this. I only had one problem with the zoom level "Fit", maybe because my Google Docs is in Dutch and the word there is "Passend". But I put it to 200% and that works just great!
Thank you so much! I know it's a very little detail, and one can always argue with "just two clicks!" ... but it _is_ more comfortable; and I just feel sort of faster with it. Keep up the good work! 👍︎
Works well but only offers the same zoom factors as Google Docs' defaults - 75%, 100%, 125%. You can't enter your preferred zoom factor, like 110%, so it was not useful for me.

Автору респект! Он сделал очень удобный инструмент, экономящий время и нервы. Меня, с моим зрением, весьма раздражала необходимось каждый раз менять масштаб документа. А теперь Chrome "помнит", что мне нужно 125%! Это мелочь, но очень удобно и эффективно! Спасибо, это оч круто!
