Grouptrack Can save you so much time if you are serious about your business. It's a CRM that seats on top of Facebook. It used to take me so much time to do the stuff that I am doing now with just one click. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome Tool... I just hope that Marc Z does not become jealous about them and try to block it somehow. Oh and the support is Real... Join the Facebook group and Create tickets when you have questions.
This is the Rolls Royce of all FB customer relationship management extensions. I've tried numerous and NONE of them come within 100 miles. You'd be crazy not to invest in this.
I was so happy to discover GroupTrack CRM where I could build meaningful relationships with my Facebook contacts. It was been a fantastic experience to be able to organize, contact, and build relationships with my clients from the very start. I especially love how Jenna and Nate are continually improving and adding new features, responding to inquiries, and most of all hosting weekly training to ensure that we can optimize the features to get maximum benefits from the program.
I found GroupTrack CRM a couple of weeks ago and was blown away by the current features and everything in the works too! I'm following Kelly Roach's Unstoppable Entrepreneur process so building a private Facebook group is a key piece to growing my business. Thanks to GT my entire team now has one place that we can track and nurture the members of our community and simplify launches. We were able to get rid of a multi-page excel spreadsheet so it's saved a lot of time too! I'll be adding GT to the list of tech resources in the next update of my book and in the meantime, I'm sharing it with all the business owners I know.
This is the best extension for Facebook I've ever have come across! GroupTrack CRM have saved me tons of hours of organizing, keeping track of and follow up on new possible clients. GroupTrack CRM makes my work flow like a dream!
If you have any type of business and are on Facebook (BTW, you should be if you're not!), you need this app! Fastest way to build a relationship with your ideal client!
We have a highly nurturing business model and GroupTrack CRM checked every box I had on a wish list of ideal functions and then some when I found this tool last year. We consider it our "charting" effort, like a law office or medical office would chart it's clients and patients. We are able to chart details and nurture that help the whole team stay informed on status and progress of each member of our ecosystems. We also teach our methods to our own clients to implement in their own companies and organizations for superior nurture strategy. I don't know how anyone could run Facebook™ Groups, or lead generation activities on Facebook™ and not be using this CRM. We highly recommend it.
GroupTrack is a lifesaver! Part of the reason I never engaged on Facebook for business, is that I found the process of managing all of people I connected with so frustrating. GroupTrack is incredibly intuitive and allows me to streamline my time. I am no longer toggling between platforms. PLUS, the spirit of service this company exhibits is BEYOND amazing. I have gone through a lot of programs thru the years and Jenna's support knocks it out of the park! She has given me strategies to use that I haven't gotten anywhere else. Priceless!

I have used many CRMs in my businesses, this by far is the absolute BEST one I have ever used and the most affordable too. I am blown away with all the features! I am continually amazed at what GroupTrack CRM can do! This is going to 10x my business! I also appreciate all the training they provide and the ongoing support. It makes it easy to understand how to use the CRM and not feel overwhelmed. If you've been looking for a CRM - this is it!!!
