Hi, I found this addon and tried it. Unfortunately the script copied from the add-on to retrieve data contains method "addOrCondition" that doesn't work on client side. Could you fix that code to use on client side?
Honestly, this extension pleasantly surprised me. I work with CMDB a lot, and liveCITracking has made things so much simpler. I just open a CI and everything I need—relationships, health issues, duplicates—shows up instantly without me digging around. The broken relationship cleanup and quick open links are super handy too. It feels like it was built by someone who actually understands the day-to-day pain of CMDB work. Great job by Ravi Gaurav—this tool really makes life easier!
Really impressed with liveCITracking. As someone who works with CMDB every day, this extension has genuinely made my life easier. It picks up the CI instantly and shows all relationships, health issues, and duplicates in one click. The cleanup and quick navigation features save so much time. It’s simple, fast, and very well thought out. Huge credit to Ravi Gaurav for building something so practical and user-friendly! This is really an interesting innovation that allows us to check the health just by clicking on it.
