Game changer
Fathom has changed my life! I'm on so many calls that I don't need to actively participate in, but need the info that the call contains. With Fathom, I can work in the background while the call is going on and know that I'm not going to miss anything important!
I have tried multiple AI notetaking apps, and Fathom is the ONLY ONE to win my hard-earned dollars. I am impressed with the speed and accuracy of the transcription and the valuable functionality it provides in its summaries. I especially appreciate the ability to list important questions and surface action items.

Best AI note taker out there that gives you the best summaries of your calls. Fathom has been a life saver for me and has taken my time back in many, many hours.
This is easily the most valuable productivity tool I've used in my career. Despite my best efforts, I'm a horrendous notetaker and this takes all the things I suck at and fixes them. The notes come almost instantaneously and I'm able to adjust them as I need to add my own personal flair. Love Fathom!
Excellent summaries, best I've used so far, and I've used a few. Can pull out Action items and they're usually spot on. I occasionally need to make small adjustments to the transcript, usually when people are in a meeting room as opposed to joining the call on their laptops. The listening errors are minimal even then. Helpful to have the video to go back to and the ability to click on a part of the transcript that takes you to the correct part of the video is helpful if you need to listen back to correct the transcript, or even just refresh your memory. Means I can just listen to and take part in the meeting as oppose to using up part of my brain to take notes.
Such a game changer for my business! Has really helped me with my recap emails for my clients and staying on task with everything.
