Fathom is a must for all of my meetings these days. I have my notetaker set NOT to join meetings automatically, so the Google Meet extension is the main way I invite it to my meetings, and it's worked flawlessly so far! My only feedback is that the icon doesn't quite match Meet's resized buttons in their newest version. Not a big deal, but it does stand out from the aesthetic.

I think that I was one of the original users and it`s now become part of our standard operating procedure for every single client engagement. The qualty of the transcription is extremely high. The AI generated summaries are also good, though I sometimes will drop the full transcription into Chat GPT to compare the output. This is an A+++ product and has allowed us to boost our productivity.

I use this for any remote meeting I organise (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams), both for business and for voluntary committees, and it works like magic. From sub-divisions of topics discussed to action points, it all happens very smoothly. And the video segment can be viewed and listened to if there is any question about the accuracy (there rarely is). There's a useful facility to copy the minutes into a Word document for the minor edits that may be needed (e.g. spellings of names etc). I could not manage my meetings in any way as effectively without Fathom.
