The Chrome extension is straightforward—I can quickly capture key client insights during meetings and receive instant summaries with minimal setup. Integrating my existing tools was straightforward, and the extension works seamlessly in every client meeting. The automatic highlights and summaries save me significant time, streamline my workflow, and enhance the quality of my client interactions. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer more customization options in the meeting summaries. While the automatic highlights are fantastic, having the ability to tailor the summaries to specific client needs would make this tool even better. However, this is a minor detail in an otherwise efficient and effective extension. Overall, Fathom solves the problem of capturing and organizing important details from client meetings by automatically highlighting key insights and generating clear summaries. It eliminates the need for manual note-taking, reduces the chance of missing critical information, and allows me to stay fully engaged in conversations with clients. This has enabled me to deliver more accurate and timely advice, boosting my confidence in my competence and ultimately boosting both efficiency and client satisfaction.

Great software... easy to use, the onboarding was really smooth, limitless storage and the AI note taker is pretty precise (Only in the supported langauges, all other languages it's literally gives up). The free version covers all of that... highly recommended.

A tool I didnt know I needed, but now cant work without. Fathom has been a game changer for my workflow. the chrome extension has made starting meetings with it a breeze. highly recommend this to EVERYONE who needs to take notes in meetings, or needs to fall back on a recording on transcript to ensure you didnt miss anything. I really like the included action items and meeting summaries without the need for further prompting, very consistent and helpful with keeping track of progress across multiple meetings. It is very easy to add to all of your meetings making it a very frequently used tool. It was also very easy to set up and continues to be integrated with all of my meeting platforms. There is also great customer support and people who constantly reach out to ask how everything is going.

As a Director of a Accounting firm - you can imagine the amount of calls that I jump on (whether with clients, internally with management and wider staff). Fathom AI has been such a great time saving tool for busy professionals - greatest impact for me has been cutting down significant time following up from client calls with action items (it does it so accurately for you) which in turn has given me time to focus on providing advice during calls. I would estimate 10-20 min time saving for each call requiring action items to be presented. Its been such a great software that not only have my clients started using it (unprompted) but also my senior staff members.
