I have tried at least 3 other AI-transcription+ services before Fathom; including Otter and Gemini. Fathom is not only the most seamless system, but the speed, level of accuracy of insights, and the action items it collects for even some of my 3 hour meetings is remarkable! I've tested them with Google Meets (my primary meeting choice), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Worked flawlessly on all platforms. I use Fathom for every single meeting, which means I've been able to test them multiple times a week. With Fathom, I would say... 1) meeting members focus less on "writing notes" and more on listening and engaging 2) meetings are summarized which is then passed onto all members as a reminder 3) when we are asking to recap a meeting to someone who was not present, we just hit copy and paste 4) it outlines action items/tasks mentioned in the meeting 5) holds everyone accountable

Fathom is by far the best Of all the free A.I. recorders and notetakers I have tried, Fathom is the best. it easy to sign up, easy to control whether or not it joins meetings, and it sends full video recordings with a synopsis to all members of the meeting! It's incompatible with Vivalid, which is a chrome-based browser. All other extensions from google store work. But not the Fathom. If I click login, and login using my Google Account, extensions remains logged-out, whatever I do.

I use google suite, or google workspace for my company needs. Fathom integrates perfectly with my system and I love it! I really enjoy the integration of it seeing my calendar, Syncing with all my meetings, taking notes, creating action items, and having the option to export a list specific to google docs. It is incredibly seamless. Since I have used this the whole company has moved over to fathom because of how good it works. I would 100% recommend to everyone needing a solution to AI generated note taking. I no longer worry if my meeting minutes will be missed, I also don't have to re-listen to the whole recording to get key points. If you're on the fence for a AI note taker just get this, you won't regret it!

Easy to setup and to use for me and my team. Gives us good insight such as , how many questions do we ask per meeting etc. The follow up summerize is amazing and have not had to take a single not since I started to use fathom, I can also very easily share the notes with my clients. We use it together with HubSpot(CRM) which integrates into the contacts and stores the meeting with a summerize so my colleuges and I can go back in time and know what we discussed/agreed on.

Fathom is providing me with a detailed summary of my meetings breaking it down into segments where I can rewatch parts of the recording when I need to without having to go through the entire recording. I love the automation with Monday.com where it auto-fills my actionable items so I can focus more on the call and less on taking notes and writing down next steps when in calls.
