Love, love, LOVE this app! The free version is quite robust and they're always doing more to improve the entire platform, and I love being in the BETA group so I can test out new features. It won't be long before I buy the monthly version since it's saved me on so many occasions between transcripts and timestamps. I don't use the AI a lot, but I've been impressed with the transcripts, particularly because I find that other voice-to-text platforms make significantly more mistakes, and I have no time for that. Kudos, Fathom! So happy you're around!

Honestly a really great app. I've been using it for all my meetings and honestly if you have maybe OCD or you're a person that's very organized, this should probably be the note taker you go with. It was even recommended by Claude, there were other note takers. I love that the action items are clear; it's in the form of a checklist. I actually get my recap emails much faster than I do with other note-taking apps and the takeaways are usually a lot clearer. Also maybe a small detail that I very much appreciate is that I'm not overwhelmed by a bunch of features that I probably won't ever use. The simplicity is also something that goes a long way for me so I get to focus on what's actually important

Fathom has changed my coaching work immensely. I work with children between the ages of 8 and 16 years of age so need to have disclosure and safeguarding certificates to do this work. Fathom means I have the perfect safeguarding practise in place because if needed I can provide digital evidence of any of my calls - timestamped - summarised - full transcript and action items are all there at a click. Fathom has also taken over my note scribbling during calls which means I can give my clients my full attention instead of having my head down writing notes while they're still speaking. The summary and action items are excellent for keeping to the plan for each client and provides smooth flow and follow up from one call to the next. I'm currently connecting Fathom to my HubSpot and PayPal which will calculate and send an invoice based on the length of the call. This will save me so much time each week. I highly recommend Fathom.
