The summaries are great, and it's awesome to be able to note a point in a meeting where someone says something you want to go back to. I often have to paraphrase the positive things our customers say to praise our dev team, but with Fathom I was able to "Highlight" it during the meeting, and then send the devs the clip. Letting them hear customer feedback directly from the customer.

Fathom creates concise and actionable notes and catches most of what I need out of meetings in an array of contexts. As with all ai softwares it does mis-summarize certain points and misses the point of what I was discussing. The key problem it solves for me is documenting internal 1:1 notes so I can be present along with client and prospect sales meetings along with process driven conversations with leadership.
