I absolutely love this app. It allows me to concentrate on the conversation and the person, without having to break rapport to take notes. The fact that it then automatically sends a summary to the other person/people on the call is just brilliant. I've not had a single person decline the notetaker, nor has anyone acted any differently on the call because it's there. Such a high quality of transcript and summary too. Yes, there's the odd tiny hiccup, (such as misspelling a few things or names here and there) but absolutely nothing to cause any issues. I highly recommend this. The free version is incredible and has so many features. I will be upgrading to a paid plan soon for work, but only because I want other people to be able to use it and save all the transcripts in one place.
