Fathom feels super useful and easy to use for capturing meeting notes, with notes ready immediately after the meeting. The upside is I can focus on the meeting content instead of taking notes.
I’ve been using Fathom lately and honestly, I really love this tool. It’s become one of my favorite AI note-takers and, in my opinion, one of the best on the market right now. What stands out the most for me is how much time it saves. The meeting summaries are clear, accurate, and super organized, so I can actually focus on the conversation instead of worrying about taking notes the whole time. I also really like how it highlights action items and key discussion points automatically. It makes follow-ups so much easier. If you spend a lot of time in meetings, Fathom is definitely worth trying.
Accurate AI Transcripts, Spot-On Action Items, and Effortless Setup I use Fathom for: - notetaking & meeting summary - keeping track of action items post a call What's best about Fathom? - accurate AI transcripts - perfect & precise action items and summary email by the AI - minimal setup effort or troubleshooting - easy to navigate with simple UI/UX - good integration with Zoom, Google Meet, - Mac desktop app helps with joining calls in case of impromptu meeting What could be better with Fathom? - sometimes it doesn't join the call on time - would prefer an option to record calls even if I'm not the organizer, idk why this is a limitation for only some calls - the desktop app glitches every time there's an update or even randomly sometimes
Great app. Much better summaries than Gemini. Summaries go to the point without missing any important info. Notes and actionable items are accurate.
Fabelaktig, fungerer perfekt hver gang!
I'm sure the app is wonderful as folks say, but the extension doesn't work on Edge even though it claims to. This means anyone using Edge and Google Meet (not Zoom), can't use this.
Fathom generates VERY valuable summaries. I can spend my time paying attention and contributing rather than being distracted taking notes.
"Hands-Free Call Recording with Accurate Transcripts and Effortless Sharing" What do you like best about Fathom? What I like best about Fathom is that the bot joins the call on its own and operates fully independently from my device. The recording and transcription run on Fathom's side, so I don't need to worry about my connection, my battery or whether my laptop stays awake. Even when I have a poor internet connection or have to drop off briefly, the call is still being captured end-to-end. The transcription itself is also very accurate, with clear speaker identification, so it's easy to follow who said what when reviewing the call afterwards. Lastly, the sharing experience is great. I can send a link to colleagues or clients without having to download or attach anything, which makes it very smooth to circulate notes or specific moments of a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fathom? I can’t see who has spoken in the transcript, which makes it hard to follow the conversation. As a PM, my favorite thing about Fathom is pretty simple: I can actually be present in meetings. There’s no frantic note-taking, no missed action items, and no post-call scramble to piece everything together. It takes care of the documentation so I can stay focused on the conversation. The summaries hit my inbox as soon as the call ends, and the action items are already pulled out and easy to follow.
Love the features! Ai Summarizing the calls and organizing key takeaways has been a huge help with keeping track of follow-ups. It's incredibly accurate as well! Overall great product highly recommend
