At the free tier, it is awesome at note-taking taking and I like that it records all your meetings (so you don't have to pay Zoom or Google to do it for you). The meeting summaries it produces, in my opinion, are more accurate and relevant than ones I've seen from Otter.ai. I also really like its sales coaching feature that warns me when I'm talking too much. I started paying for Fathom because I saw it gave you sales summaries with sales action items, pain points, and FAQs that are great for my marketing agency for many reasons--create better proposals, content, tailored solutions, etc. I have not been disappointed since paying for it. Definitely makes my job easier! I use it almost every day. And their customer service responds quickly and they even have an easy-to-find spot where you can submit feature requests!

Game changer for meeting summaries, notes and tasks. If you take meeting notes and spend hours on the backend - you need to try Fathom. The worst part of my job now became the easiest. Add on that the integration with Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Hubspot, Zapier, etc and now you don't even have to copy/paste between your systems.
