I've tried other AI summary tools and they're either cumbersome or intrusive on permission requests — NOT Fathom. I was able to integrate Fathom in a few simple clicks and set the permissions to either manually record meetings (useful if you don't want to record everything), or automatically record every meeting and share with attendees. Currently, I'm using Fathom with every meeting we have on Zoom and Google Meet. Fathom has streamlined our meeting recap process with actionable insights. Seriously, it's dead simple and does what I need to to without unnecessary features.

6 stars! 5 Stars are too less for Fathom AI Notetaker. Consistent, dependable, and surprisingly accurate. We sometimes switch to Hindi and other vernacular languages during meetings. However, there are no gibberish points in any of the notes. The recording is clear and the notes are crisp, usable and valuable. Thank you Fathom, for making us actually like AI. All my team members have installed it and we are using it for all our meetings now :)

Fathom is amazing. I've used it for close than a month, and it blew my expectations. It has helped me summarize long meetings, itemize next steps, and highlight key points. The tool is so good for B2B sales, SaaS prospection and business meetings in general. It even understand the numbers, quotes, pricing, financial discussions involved during meetings, which saves A LOT of time. So far so good, I would be exploring how to connect it with more tools eventually, but it's been extremely useful to me and my team during the past month.

It is challenging to take notes during online meetings because you have to manage listening, typing, and navigating the virtual platform and remaining engaged in the conversation.
