Never in my life have I ever thought to myself "oh yes, thank you for blocking absolutely every feature on my computer because that helps me learn" I looked up something for my class project and surprise surprise when I couldn't see anything or access anything at all. Ts is so buns, basically virus, blocks things even without a good reason.
As an educator, I understand the need for web filtering and student safety online. However, Lightspeed Insight Agent is consistently blocking essential educational resources and even harmless images, which is creating more problems than it solves. Students regularly report that legitimate, important sites required for classwork or research are blocked without clear justification. This has interrupted lessons, forced students to find workarounds, and increased frustration for both teachers and learners. In addition, the agent blocks images that are not inappropriate in any way. These are often diagrams, photos, or visual content that are critical for student comprehension. The over-aggressive blocking makes it difficult to deliver a full educational experience. Overall, the filtering feels arbitrary and overly restrictive. If this extension is meant to support a productive learning environment, it needs much finer control and smarter categorization so that harmless educational content and sites are not blocked. Please improve the accuracy of filtering to differentiate between truly harmful content and legitimate educational resources.

Terrible. Who was thinking of making this from the start? The image blocks are crazy too. Why do u gotta control my every movement. Schools don't even introduce it. You just have to figure it out on your own, like looking in the extention tabs or just looking at ur teacher's screen to see what lightspeed is about. What if you wanna do something out of school and ur only resource is the school laptop? Then this thing prevents it. I hate lightspeed. Would have rated 0 stars.
