Doesn't work anymore. I'm still getting Youtube videos being paused by "Are you still watching?" notices.
I guess chrome memory saver really affect this extension too as background javascript thread is killed by browser to save memory (tab inactive). chrome://settings/performance i have whitelist YouTube to make it active always. Lets see if it helps :) Update: It seems to have work but ad blocker vs YouTube is happening for me :) so I am happy with this extension itself.

It work for a couple of weeks, then it don't work. just remove then install again and you're good to go
