Doesn't always work, but works most of the time. Whoever invented the 'pause playback' on youtube should die, and his life shouod be given to whoever made this extension

Works great, been playing YT in full screen all day, just a playlist of songs. Never stopped playing my tunes. Thank you so much for this extension it's awesome.
