The webclipper worked fine for me
Extension not working and doesn't respond when clicked. 😢
edit: based on the user guide it is actually working but only on the https://getupnote.com/ homepage. am i misunderstanding the use of this extension? just being able to clip the homepage of a single site (i.e. getupnote.com) seems like an useless thing to do :/ extension not working on chrome. will update the feedback once fixed. i am clicking the extension but nothing's happening. (premium user).

Web clipper not working
Works brilliantly here on an imac and my Ubuntu linux laptop, the sync to the laptop took a couple seconds for 1000 notes. It imported everything from the Evernote exported file with ease. Interface is nice and I have all the good things I had before using Evernote.
Evernote(経営がヤバイ)→Joplin(同期が不安定)→Upnoteと流れて来ました。2回データを引っ越した経験から言える事は、長期記録目的なら他ツールに移行しやすいフォーマットで保存すべき、と言う事です。Evernote/JoplinはWebページの構造を丸々コピー出来るため一見便利に見えますが、他ツールに移すとフォーマットが崩れて中身が良く分からなくなります。UpNoteのWebクリッパーはJoplinのsimlified pageレベル(マークダウンで表現できる範囲)で保存しますので、画面情報量は減るものの他ツールに移しても崩れにくいです。文字情報/画像情報は取り込んでくれますので今の仕様で十分使えると思います。
This is a brilliant underrated app. All data is stored locally and automatically backed up so not possible to have data deleted by the system as earlier posts suggest, And it is seriously underpriced!
I initially purchased the premium version of the UpNote, but unfortunately, I encountered a concerning issue after some time. My account was compromised and all of my files and saved items were inexplicably deleted. Upon attempting to log in, I was prompted to create a new account, which was a distressing experience and lost all my saved documents. This security breach has significantly impacted my trust in the product and its ability to safeguard user data. Now it is seting on my Desk without trusting it to use
I installed on my Chrombook but it doesn't work for me. I opened an article in a tab and highlighted what I wanted to keep. Clicked the Upnote button and it asked for permission. I gave it permission and checked the box not to ask any more. Then nothing happened. I tried again and it asked for permission again. Still didn't clip the article. I will definitely change this review as I do like the app but the clipper isn't working just yet.
