This extension is such a necessity for browsing facebook that I won't use a browser that doesn't support it. While the ad blocking is nice, the ability to weed out posts about wordle and (insert politician here) is the most important thing to me.

This is an exceptional and vital extension for facebook. It is fantastic. Chrome, not so much. Either Chrome keeps FB purity (and up-to-date at that), or I leave. Changing browsers is a VERY minor annoyance compared to not having FB Purity to make facebook functional.
I can't use Facebook without this extension! The people that run Facebook are so out of touch with what users want and this extension tries to implement things that should be standard. Want to not miss what people are posting on their feeds? Install this. Want to sort in recent posts first instead of seeing things from days ago? Install this. If you know what you want to see more than Facebook's algorithm thinks you want to see then install this. The problem is that Facebook keeps changing the way their website works and these poor app developers are trying to keep up. When something messes up with this extension it is usually a change at Facebook but I pop onto the FB Purity page and they're already working on fixing it.
Sponsored posts still showing; been a while now. Just uninstalled, cleared cache and reinstalled and still got sponsored posts. I like the app in general but this issue makes it half as useful.
The only way to use Facebook today....

Edit1 : Now Sponsored Box hide function is working fine :) but there are some bug about video comment (I have already uncheck all hide function except Sponsored Box hide function)
Wow, my mood lifted when I looked at FB and I was back in the old days when it was simple and enjoyable. Thank goodness there are talented developers that can simplify our lives. I felt like I was assaulted with information overload every time I opened FB. I was going to delete my account, but this extension saved FB one account.
I could not use crapface without it.
