I love Fluff Busting ( FB ) Purity I just can't update it on Brave. I was stuck with version 24.5.0 Important Information for users of the Brave Browser after unzipping some files. Now after sliding enabled to off in Brave Extensions in order to update, even that has been lost/ All I get is the following message FB Purity can now be easily installed in the latest release of the Brave browser by going to the FB Purity Chrome Webstore page and clicking the “Add to Chrome” button. When I try to add to Chrome it tries to get me to download the Chrome Browser. Is it possible to run FBP on both Chrome and Brave? I already have Chrome
It isn't doing a darn thing to block ads anymore. It used to work, not anymore.
No adds. No suggested posts. Virtually nothing I don't want to see, just the newsfeed. Thanks.
Although this slows down page loads a little bit, I strongly recommend FBP! I wish I there were some way to make a similar option for mobile browsers/apps.
This should be a default install for anyone who uses Facebook on Chrome. It is lightweight and does everything it promises, making Facebook a much better experience. Yes, the name is (as one reviewer termed it) 'dopey', but clearly, they don't really use "Fluff Buster" other than to get the initials: FB, because they would have a legal exposure if they used 'Facebook' in the product name. Don't hesitate; Install this now.
Removes some of the arrogance and bullying of Facebook's decision-making on its feeds.
Really, without this browser extension, I won't be using Facebook! That says it all. Thank you.
