Really good. It provides sites great functionality for every page you want to share.
I've been using Buffer for over a year now and I love it. I wish they'd add a few more posts to the free version. But, still, 10 posts keeps me topped off for 2-3 days worth of Twitter posting. It's a great way to manage my person/business Twitter account.
Could not do my job without it!
The YouTube thumbnails on Facebook don't seem to work. They are always blank for me. They only look right on the bufferapp dashboard. Doesn't matter which video / thumbnail chosen.
