I am very disappointed with the customer service. I have been unable to contact them for months just to get the invoice for my purchase. I am not ready to renew.

Email Tracker Extension is good Chrome Extension
Seems like a powerful tool however the program does not activate. Every time I load Gmail it asks me to activate Mail Tag even thought I had just activated it. Mail Tag 'forgets' activation within the same browsing session.
I installed this extension. Did a test with my other gmail account to if it works, DOES NOT WORK!
The trial period stopped working early and my email to support wasn't answered. I decided to pay for the service and I'm unable to turn on most of the options in the settings menu which isn't ideal. But perhaps the worst part is that the read tracking updates each time I click on the email in my own inbox, completely ruining any insights this tool is supposed to provide.

Its real-time tracking and notifications features have proven instrumental in staying on top of crucial moments, ensuring I never miss an opportunity to engage effectively. This extension is nice so you can finally track all the email that is sent to you, but the issue is I cant see the location where the one who sent the email.
