Still getting to grips with all tools, but it's been great so far and intuitive :)
Solid tool - tracking seems to work well. Filtering on emails was only okay, additionally, all of the reminder emails to send followup became frustrating. I also use hubspot and it would track messages/followups sent by me from there as a comm from the person on the other side and in turn was creating duplicative deals in HS becuse of various triggers we have set up. Improvements are needed on the recognition of where the email is being sent from, so that it does not pose questions to me that I was asking of a prospect/recipient.
I love how easy MixMax is to use. I love how you can track emails and set up sequences seamlessly. Not to mention, the reminders so. you don't lose track of leads.
