It's a very functional extension... when it wants to work. If I just wanted to send new emails, there were no problems at all. But the issues began when I had to reply an email for more than 1 contact. There were times when my emails appeared as sent but the destinataries hadn't received it. That was the main reason I disabled the extension. It was buggy sometimes.
Marvellous for scheduling meetings at the first contact Saves all that back and forth and Mixmax is blessed with great customer service Looking forward to explore the whole deal a lot more Tim
Can't say enough awesome things about this app. It can do EVERYTHING and is super easy to use.
First off, Mixmax's support is fantastic; be it Twitter or email, they're on it. The product is very good too--they're trying to cover a lot of features currently offered by a lot of disparate services, which is impressive, but they still haven't gotten everything quite right just yet. I find their pricing a bit too high to commit me to their Professional level plan. If it were a bit cheaper or they offered discounts for startups or companies under 5 people, I'd jump on it.
Great Gmail extension with a lot of helpful features to manage daily e-mail handling. The snooze feature lets me be calm not to forget to answer an email when at the time I received it I was just not able to. Snooze it, and it will show up again at the time you choosed it should. Inserting scheduling and planning, opening a poll in e-mail, calendering an event, plus the easy formatting makes it a great tool. I appreciate the possibility to track who opened my mail and when. The UI is very intuitive, too.
Mixmax takes a lot of the pains out of email and turns them into delights. My favorite: the ability to schedule quickly. From a sales standpoint, I can get 3x the number of demos simply by scheduling them with the mixmax scheduling tool. Other features are impressive as well.
I work in operations and mixmax has made my life so much easier. How you ask? - Reduced the time to schedule meetings - Insert a giph to say "great job" - public share link for email. This allows me to reference emails in meeting notes and other documents. - Survey our employees - Easily embed videos and other documents. Not to mention the service is incredible. Even with all of these features, the Sr. Leadership continues to listen to customers and make improvements.
I wouldn't call it malware, but at the very least intrusiveware and stickyware. I often install things that look interesting and will look at them later. This immediately required I register and kept popping up. Whenever I'd log into email, it would pop up again with almost every keystroke. I didn't have time to sit down review it and learn how it works. So I deleted the extension in Chrome. It then took me to a website and wanted an explanation and to "agree" to things. No way. I also couldn't leave that page. I closed the tab. Guess what....still there! I watched Activity Monitor to figure out which of the "Google Helpers" it was (another issue). I pressed the exit button and it didn't stop. Force Quit did. This may be a good program, but one that is SO intrusive, does NOT delete and takes steps many don't know h ow to do to remove it is not good. This is a great setup for a Saturday Night Live Skit....a person who won't leave....what do they do? Write extensions for Google. When finally shoved otu of the door by three people, the family sits down at their computer--faced with the program the guy develope....
Mixmax is redefining email marketing. This extension will bring email into the next phase of its evolution. I am not an employee - this is a customer review - danieldalonzo.com PS - the director of operations, Jennifer Skene, is freaking awesome.
Absolutely fantastic - if suddenly Google would only allow for a single plug-in, I would hands down choose Mixmax After a week or deferred emails or the thousands other amazing features, you won't remember life before it.
