I am very happy with Mixmax & highly recommend it. I have tried out so many other services in this email tracking/scheduling/follow-up category and have always been disappointed. Mixmax is different. It has a minimal UI that integrates well with Gmail without getting in the way. It has a tremendous featureset that is unmatched—I particularly love the Markdown support, event scheduling, and calendar invites. The tracking, follow-up reminders, and scheduled emails are very well executed as well. The developers are very responsive & friendly, should you need to contact them (the only reason I needed to was the result of my mistake signing up with the wrong email account).
After a couple of days of installing Mixmax, I cannot remember how I was doing without it. Link previews, calendaring, polls ... everything works literally as stated in the overview. The support is excellent; you receive replies almost instantly. I find $9 per month a little bit high for an end user (I would also ask for a lifetime price if that wouldn't be too much ;). If I were using Google Apps for my business, I would definitely purchase this app for all my staff. And I suggest all Google Apps users to consider the same.

This is one great extension that I use regularly and it certainly comes in handy especially if your company uses Gmail as your corporate email provider. Looks like a great startup project with down to earth management. Good job guys, keep up the great work.
These folks are making an amazing gmail extension....one that has already improved my business productivity as a small business owner They are attentive to feedback but unquestionably delivering a better business layer of tools on top of gmail. I especially like three features: who reads my emails, constructing form responses easily accessible to incoming sales leads and the ability to embed website images keep it up mixmax!!!!
I couldn't love mixmax more—best extension yet! Except... now it seems to be taking features away, one at a time, holding them hostage until I pay $9 a month! I don't want all the things such an expensive plan offers: just two of something like 10 features. I hope they add new lower-tier purchasing options soon. (Or, at least, stop taking away what I already have!)
This is an life hack tool no matter why you use it. Not only speed things about it, it makes you productive in your day, you never miss any e-mail and it makes people e-mail-lover even who e-mail-hater :) Thanks Mixmax!
