Google needs a sixth star for this extension. And maybe a seventh for their customer support.
An excellent tool that I've now learned to not live without.
Would lose my mind without this extension. Built on the built in Google labels, you could do without it, but your work flow would be rather slower trying to make and curate labels, then just making the investment in both the time to learn and for the premium version(the notes and to-do check list are totally worth the annual payment). In the interest of honesty, it does occasionally give me a hiccup, but a quick 'F5' to reload the page and everything is back to normal. The extension is updated regularly and the company keeps you updated with regular blog entries, accessible right from the side bar (very unobtrusive) One of the best GTD genre extensions out there. Customizable to your work style and flow. Give it a fair trial and you'll never go back to stuffed inbox again!
My favorite extension. Has changed the way I process my emails for the better. With this extension the first time I see a new email, it gets processed immediately, rather than put away for later processing.
This is the best productivity app / extension ever. I can't imagine not having it. One of my colleagues commented that it "changed her world" making her work load so much easier to manage. I'm now working to get a site license for all my staff! Seriously, try it. It doesn't get better than this! And the development team really listens to our feedback and incorporates it into improvements.

This makes Gmail work for me. We use Google Apps for our company's email, calendar etc. and this is the one thing that stops me from ever going back to using Outlook. The best productivity tool I've ever used. Highly recommended.
