ActiveInbox has revolutionised my work - seriously. As a fiftysomething manager with multiple contacts and projects (as well as all the other stuff), being able to structure and follow tasks within threads is invaluable. Nobody's attention can hold all the communication and related tasks we now benefit (suffer?) from, and my memory certainly isn't up to the task alone. AIB is right up there with the best, and very user friendly in terms of deciding how and when to use it. Having the mobile version means that I can sort my emails and plan my day in one go over my morning coffee, and keep things updated as I go - wonderful. It's not perfect (what is), but the developers seem to take user feedback very seriously, and I'm looking forward to an iPad version as soon as (please!) Thank you AIB team!
I have tried Todoist, Outlook, Google's apps and more, but Todoist beats them all because they elegantly keep my email and GTD in one and the same application. I highly recommend this product!
Great app! I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to organize their email.
Life saver! A few kinks are still there, but overall this extension makes my work email so much more efficient. Especially if you're in an organization where you have to frequently chase up people :) Highly recommend it!
