This thing is pretty good! I use it all the time and when a google calendar update breaks it I'm horribly confused and can barely get work done :) It would be nice to be able to tie specific google accounts to default clients/projects, saving a couple clicks. Sometimes the time entry fails to populate when I'm using the button on a Google Calendar appointment. I cannot consistently reproduce this but it happens with every Google account I've got.
