Toggl has really helped me track how much time I spend on each project. I especially love that when I forget to log it and I come back to my desk, it tells me I've been away for X minutes and would I like to keep those minutes or start again at the point I left my desk. Very useful as it integrates across all my devices too. A+ on this app.
