1. Click "Add to Chrome".

2. Log in to Toggl Track from the extension menu or from https://toggl.com/track/ (tab can be closed)

3. Under settings give the extension permissions to inject itself into the services you desire

The "remember to track your time" popup is maddening. Disabled it just because of that.

This button works with Asana account faster but do not get project information form there, it suppose that I should set project manually from projects list mantained inside Toggle. Hey, I already work with all tasks and projects inside Asana. I want only time counting and reports. All other is annoying. But your UI is nice, better than UI of Timecamp, that I already use.
