Product summary

Review the store description, core capabilities, and common use cases.

Color Vision Deficiency (CVD) affects people’s ability to distinguish certain colors. Estimates indicate that approximately 200 million people worldwide are affected by some kind of CVD. Individuals of Northern European ancestry, as many as 8 percent of men and 0.5 percent of women experience the common form of red-green color blindness.

This extension helps you to test web pages for people with different types of CVD. It's particularly useful for websites with data visualisations, because some colors may not be distinguishable from other colors in the charts.

Flash enabled websites are also supported!

Very simple tool that works phenomenally, but lacks configuration for the extent (%) of color blindness.

Straight forward and simple extension that does exactly what it says. A great tool for those working in user experience! Note that local files are supported if you enable "Allow access to file URLs" in the extension properties.

Really nice extension. Only issue is that it doesn't work on local sites. So for testing purposes you need to upload your development project to a staging server.

Works wonderfully! This is the best Chrome extension I've seen for simulating color-blindness. Spectrum surpassed my expectations where other Extensions did not perform as well or failed. It has an easy to use interface and a great number color options within the selection panel. Keep of the great work!
