Should be used with care - copying from unreliable web trees is dangerous. But especially the consistency check feature may improve the tree quality substantially. Please check the "About" field of the Geni profiles for sources before and after updating, and after merging matches.
An indispensable tool for users of Geni.com (which also gets *****).
An excellent tool for use with Geni.com. Be sure to check location details, as "source" pages are often ambiguous, and the SmartCopy tool can't always tell which of multiple locations are intended.
