Отличная идея сделать такое расширение! Сначала не разобрался и подумал что не работает. Оказалось нужно увеличить на максимум громкость голоса в самом расширении наведя на его значок в проигрывателе YouTube и также этот значок является кнопкой вкл./выкл. озвучки.

Озвучки нет. Лишь окно с настройками.

приложение работает, использовал для озвучки русских субтитров, скорость озвучки поставил на максимум, а скорость видео сделал 50% и тогда озвучка титров успевает за видео, но, для каждого видео надо подбирать свои настройки, а расширение супер, очень мне пригодилось, а то бесит глазами читать титры, использую браузер Avast
