Will not work with the playmemoriescameraapps website. The website still want me to download an .msi file for windows.
Doesn't work. Have tried multiple times over several months. Honestly don't know why they've made it impossible.. Looks like this has been an issue for years and nothing has been made to improve. Pathetic.

This is so bad. I've wasted a couple hrs trying to get it to work. This isn't the 90's people. Customers expect products to work and be somewhat easy to use.

SONY this is absolute bullshit.. tried directly downloading apps via camera which came to a 'webpage not available'. rang Sony was told to download via computer..(I don't understand why it cant just work on the camera..)The downloader on the website is downloaded and installed ..reset the computer ...aaaaaaand nothing.. nowhere to be found?? total crap. Ive tried too many times. I mean, why can't Sony just include free downloads with a mutli thousand dollar camera? Surely Sony can afford to create functioning system appropriate for 2018. All I want to do is download the time-lapse app and use it with my overpriced camera and lenses. Is that really too hard?

Simply does not work. Like a lot of reviewers here it has totally put me off buying other Sony products. Ive been trying for a good five hours now to download an app with no joy. Surely It can't be this hard to download some software to a camera via USB in 2018.
