Под мак не работает. Камеру удалось подружить с маком только через сафари.

Unter Mac High Sierra: Chrome extension heruntergeladen, in playmemories network eingeloggt, versuche die Kamera zu verbinden: kein Erfolg, jedesmal sagt mir Sony´s website, ich soll ein Windows Installerpaket installieren... Gruselig. Habe es auch mit anderen Kombinationen versucht. Hilfetexte von Sony sind nichts aussagend.

Habe mit allen Browsern die Installation der Kamera versucht. Kein Erfolg! Bei einer Bewertung auf der Sony-Seite wurde diese frech gelöscht. Kontakt zu Sony wird nicht beantwortet. Nachdem die Kamera mit Objektiven weit über 2500 Euro gekostet hat, empfinde ich das Verhalten von Sony und die nicht funktionierende Software als Unverschämtheit. Soll ich nach Japan fliegen und die Erbringung der Dienstleistung vor Gericht einklagen?
