You suck sony, you should be ashamed of your selves at this joke. I used to take you seriously as a company until now. Who ever is in charge of play memories.......FIRE THEM!!!!!
I can't even, I just can't. I simply can not event explain how bad this is. How can a tech company in 2017 suck this bad at UX and just software in general. It's not bad, it's terrible. It's literally the worst user experience ive ever had trying to get the timelaspe app on my sony a7rii and your charging $10 extra for something you can't even deliver, my god i'd paid $50 at this stage just to be over with the nightmare. Fix this crap ASAP.
its usefull
I just want the remote control but it seems impossible. I seriously think I will sell my Sony and get a Canon or Nikon instead, this is so not user friendly.
absolute rubbish. dont even bother
doesn't work
I've been trying to download the Multiple Exposure app for about a year now with no success. I am a retired IT professional. People are not buying/selling Sony systems because of the horrible support. Maybe someone should wake up.
It's hard to conceive how Sony could possibly come up with an app installation process this bad! Having to download an extension - WHY? Trying to buy in-camera only to get stuck on the confirm screen - WHY? I love the idea of being able to download apps like a smartphone, but this process is horrendous and after 4 hours of trying, I'm no closer to getting the simple time lapse app that arguably should be on the camera out of the box!
Spent 2hours trying to install Timelapse, ended up using Safari instead and had better luck there
