Moi aussi je suis sur Mac. Voyant que ça n'allait pas, j'ai utilisé un vieux PC. Firefox est installé, j'entame l'ascension du Golgotha. Pas de chance, sur la 1ere page on me dit qu'il faut Internet Explorer ou bien Chrome. Je tente le coup avec Internet Explorer, mais après avoir fait toute la procédure d'installation on me dit que je dois impérativement installer l'extension Chrome ! J'installe donc Chrome, dont je me serais d'ailleurs bien passé car je boycotte les applications de Google, et j'installe l'extension. Ensuite, miracle, l'extension me propose de brancher et d'allumer l'appareil... miracle, ce dernier est reconnu, mais voila, je demande à payer via Paypal, et me voici avec Paypal en flamand ou en Anglais ! Francais connais pas ! Je finis par deviner la marche à suivre, mais, comble de merdasse, pas de suite à mon opération. J'abandonne, j'en ai marre, et d'ailleurs c'est mon dernier Sony, je vais revenir à Panasonic dont j'étais très heureux. Bien joué Sony !
PSA: USE THE USB INCLUDED WITH YOUR CAMERA AS THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR NORMAL USB! It totally works for me (though at first I was having problems verifying my camera with the normal usb cable until i swapped it with the one included with the camera and everything went smoothly).

Hola a todos , veo que existe mucha critica desconforme de " PlayMemories Camera Apps " en lo que ha mi respecta en el sistema windows funciona perfectamente , tengo una sony A7R con el objetivo Sony FE 4/24-70 , ambos los he conseguido actualizar a la versión actual y tengo otros objetivos como Samyang 85mm f1.4 y Sigma 70mm 2.8 macro , estos dos últimos no los he podido actualizar por no ser de marca Sony . Por otra parte las aplicaciones que son compatibles con mi modelo de cámara son un tanto interesantes si realmente no se quiere trabajar en pos-procesado . Desconozco si en el sistema de Mac funcione o no , pero en Windows si . Respecto a la página "PlayMemories Camera Apps" es una página muy intuitiva y aunque no llevo mucho tiempo ingresado en ella , me gusta . Por último en cuanto al Servicio Técnico de Sony no puedo opinar ya que nunca la he llevado al S.T.Sony , suelo mandar mis cámaras a un servicio técnico de confianza " Multi-marca . De momento doy 4 estrellas . Un saludo

Very convoluted and misleading. Come on Sony, get it right, it shouldn't be so hard to download your products, do you have too much money in your piggy bank already??

No se puede conectar la cámara si tienes MAC, lamentable que una marca como SONY permita esto después de dejarte un dinero en un producto que te venden con unas características y está limitado.
Update: Es lag an dem Netzwerk und dass ich einen alte PlayMemories-Erweiterung im Browser hatte. Lösung: Ich bin über den Mobile-Hotspot rein und habe die Erweiterung neu installiert. Meinen Antivirus hatte ich deaktiviert. Absolut unzuverlässig bzw. unbrauchbar. Selten verzweifel ich an Anwendungen, diese schafft es auf jeden Fall. In meinem Fall kann ich noch nicht einmal Apps downloaden oder kaufen. #frustriert #wofür1000€?
