到当天的 YYYY-MM-DD.md，适合做每日阅读笔记/资料收集（Obsidian 等 Markdown 笔记也可直接使用）。

主要功能：

选中文本后右键「追加到今日 Markdown」，自动写入当天 YYYY-MM-DD.md（当天首次自动创建）

尽量保留基础格式：标题、列表、粗体、链接、代码块、图片（相对链接会转为绝对链接）
