This is by far the best onboarding tool I have used, it's genius. I tried 9 other onboarding tools before this one, and all had various reasons I didn't like them. So by the time I tried this one, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and this one far exceeded my expectations. * Simple user friendly admin experience. * Extremely powerful capabilities, including a simple to use IF.. THEN.. rule engine. * JavaScript support for the very complex issues. * No bugs (that I found, it just worked) * Very customisable (we removed the avatar, changed the font, changed button colours and made it look great) Best of all was the customer service experience. Every time I sent an email with a question, I received a response shortly after with well thought-out solutions. When I suggested a feature request, they said they would add the feature, and they did. WOW !
I have been looking for a tool like Userflow for a while. What they have built is a perfect solution for onboarding tours. The UI and UX is simple and efficient. I was able to get started with it in a matter of minutes. The company is also very responsive and willing to help out if you have any question. I would highly recommend Userflow to anyone who wants to provide a better onboarding experience!
