When writing instruction manuals, this extension really really helps a lot. I especially like that you can edit before finalizing the manual. And that is just on the free account! There is more in the premium subscription.
As a technical operations manager for a small company, Scribe has been an absolute LIFE SAVER. I no longer have to set up additional time to go back and screen-record processes, or write documentation. With Scribe I can do it on the go.
It works Great on Chrome , but now my main Browser is Arc , is it compatible ? as the extension isn't working to start or stop capture. Please advise
I'll give 5 star review. Scribehow is very user friendly and easy to use and share. It's literally step by step with pictures. I just used it to create some of our billing situations that needed specialized procedures and loved it. The only thing I would recomment is the ability to share with multiple email addresses at once instead of having to add them and share one by one. I was using the free version so maybe that is an option on the paid version. Anyway, I will definitely be using again.
The "New User/Free Plan" Review (Focus on accessibility) Perfect for onboarding and training Scribe is a game-changer for training new hires and clients. I used it to create an onboarding document for our new platform, and it took me less than 20 minutes to learn the tool and produce a polished, shareable guide—all on the free account . The fact that it captures clicks and keystrokes automatically means I never miss a step. Plus, the different viewing modes (scroll, slides, etc.) make it super easy for the reader to follow along .
Genuinely, one of the best tools I've used in decades. The ease of use is just beyond - I started building my first user guide for our SaaS platform in just minutes. It's built brilliantly. I also love the feature, where it turns your manual into a video. Free subscription gives you everything you need to start and build without any major limitations.
