The free version is very useful in creating easy to follow process documentation. Tempted to buy the subscription mainly for the ability to change screen shots and other editing features. For the most part, the free version works great! Big value add to the toolkit.
Scribe is a life-changing tool when it comes to creating quick, polished and easy to follow how-to-guides. I used it recently to create multiple holiday handover processes and it cut down the usual creation time by more than 70% (no more copying and pasting screenshots into docs). My team was able to easily join, access and follow instructions whilst i was away, 10/10!
Great product. Helps me teach employees and save time doing so.
I like it but I wish i could download the capture because asana will not accept the embed that Scribe provides. If there is another way to have the actual hard copy so we could share it as we needed that would be great. HELP!
This program is key to my work. I is easy to use and produces great results. I use it to create instructional videos.
This will save you SO MUCH TIME! The next time you do something that you want to create a how-to on, just click capture! The fact that I can do so much with the Free version is amazing. Now I've showed others in my org and my CFO is going to purchase us some Pro licenses. Amazing product, keep it up!
It is unbelievably easy to use and is exactly what I need. I have to give step by step instructions on a lot of my tasks and this makes it super easy to go through. Also great to share the link and not have to have a PDF saved or printed out!

Amazing piece of kit. I use it everyday and it has made my work far more efficient.
I use Scribe help me document work instructions that have too many steps for this old mind to keep straight! Even if I don't share the instruction I always have it for quick refresher or those tasks that I only have to do on an infrequent basis. I am so glad our company invested in it for us!
